Corbett Report Radio 183 – Meet The Conspiracy Theorists?
Brevity is only the soul of wit if one’s idea is accurately and completely conveyed; less said leaves more imagined.
This is how I approach the idea of nomenclature. However, if you read my post from a few weeks ago, then you will understand why I would say a more accurate term than ‘conspiracy realist’ is ‘conspiracy scientist’.
And subverting expectations is one of the myriad of reasons why I write my books in the format and frame that I do (plus it helps by mitigating the possibility of fame and attention). I also write things in way I find that fewer and fewer people have the fortitude or energy to do. It tends to make the need for all of these other books that everyone puts out only reduced to the particulars of the events and situations they focus on.
The biggest conspiracy society faces is that of “Free Will”.
Once we realise this as a civilization, things will finally be “as god intended”.
😂😂😂
Can’t wait to read The Hidden Teachings of Jesus.
Hell Yeah! I’m downloading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets at this very moment, so pumped!!!
You are right on the money catalyst, the same authors of all above, nothing but pure psychological manipulation.
Lets see, a religion that gave Jews a virtual monopoly of usury/compound interest, undermines this life for an after death reward “turn the other cheek-love thy enemy”, as your enemies works to destroy you, used to outlaw and destroy native religions and cultures, required of all citizens to believe in or they be branded evil and thus burned, used to curtail all science and learning for a thousand years in Europe, and most importantly originating from organized Jewry, which introduced the Jewish religion to the world…
Now we see the likes of Putin fan boy EM Jones pushing the idea that “white is just a imaginary construct”, Christianity is what binds us. Regardless of your country of origin, that you are a Christian is all that is important. I have also seen the Zion funded “influencers” pushing the idea that an attack on Christianity is an attack on Europeans/whites, because we all know, Europe was nothing because Christianity, Greek and Rome be dammed.
Adam Green well discusses this latest move to destroy national boundaries and lift up Jewish created Christianity:

I like THIS one too….” Is Christianity A Jewish Psyop? Feat. Adam Green & Corey J. Mahler “
Adam Green REALLY looks like a 2010 internet Atheist reborn….. it’s fun to see ye olde Atheyst Cringe. Do you happen to know if Green is ethnicly Jewish? He argues like one and looks a bit like one but I can’t find much about his early life

There are no hidden teachings of Jesus – just like there are no Gnostic ‘gospels’.
The vast majority of the stuff peddled as ‘hidden’ is the ancient equivalent of Scientology, in its day it was seen as such….. but if there was such a thing as ‘hidden’ teachings of Jesus why would anyone care what they are?
If God is God it is not at all likely that He would given mankind a message and THEN LET PEOPLE HIDE IT, is it? If his teachings can be ‘hidden’ then Jesus would be just ‘some dude’ with an opinion no more important or wise then mine.
Unless one thinks that God likes to play tricks and keep information important to salvation hidden so people go to hell the idea of hidden teachings is silly……these ‘hidden’ ideas were just pushed because it suits certain powerful people to do so, and because humans like to ‘have their ‘ears tickled’ with doctrines that they like better then the ones Jesus actually gave…. though a god that I create to my liking is not likely to save me any more then a teddy bear i sew is.
Yes! totally relatable, Warner Bros. Discovery is launching a new TV series based on the Harry Potter books, but this is a fresh adaptation, not a sequel to the movies and while there’s no official ninth Harry Potter movie in the works, fans have created trailers and other content, leading to the perception of a “Harry Potter 9” or “Return of the Dark Lord”. All blasphemy in the eyes and minds of genuine J.K. Rowling fanatics.

Probably lost on you is the irony of the social engineering inside popular fiction like harry Potter…. you should definitely read “The Coming Race’ by Edward Bulwer-Lytton.
Just be sure to smoke good strong tobacco, to slow the mind.
“it is by will alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the juice of Sapho that thoughts acquire speed, the lips acquire stains, stains become a warning. It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.”
Where does that leave us with C.S. Lewis’s social engineering inside The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe? Or just some Christian valued chap expressing himself creatively with the only syntax at his disposal to best explore hierarchy and symbols.
You should stop reading and sit quietly for a long, long while.
The Coming Race??? anything to do with your fap den?

“…anything to do with your fap den?…”
Dude, you should get some more often. You are always going on about Fap Dens, bodily orifices or nasty fluids.
“…You should stop reading and sit quietly for a long, long while….”
Sadly not possible, I just undertook a project
“always going on about Fap Dens, bodily orifices or nasty fluids”
I don’t “go on about” such things. I occasionally integrate such things into my expressive commenting. (often, but not always, for the explicit purpose of rattling you) which isn’t hard due to the fact that you have the highest comment frequency.
Now be honest with yourself Duck (remember, God is watching) . You have said this before, and you frame it so for the purpose of assigning me to the toilet corner. Fortunately, such tactics are only effective on unsalvageable numpty’s.
“…I just undertook a project”…C.S. Lewis Fap den?
I agree Duck. Just having read a very little taken from his book on Amazon, ‘The Hidden Teachings of Jesus’, tells me that his grasp of the truth of Christianity could comfortably be written on the back of a postage stamp with room to spare.
I mean, taking as one example the chapter “Why Jesus Rejected the Old Testament” is enough to tell me that for all this man’s intellect he is thoroughly lacking in any discernible wisdom and understanding regarding the Divinity of Christ.
Over 600 old testament prophecies are fulfilled in the accounts of the New Testament and Jesus and his Apostles constantly quoted Old Testament Scripture.
As an aside, anyone who needs to resort to such crass accusations as self stimulation in a debate or argument should always then be ignored.
God Bless you my friend!
“…..the truth of Christianity could comfortably be written on the back of a postage stamp with room to spare”
Never a truer word written.
Claiming Duck has a C.S. Lewis “self stimulation” den is hardly an accusation I resorted to, nor a need for that matter, it is an intriguing idea I take considerable pleasure in reiterating due to the very real meaning and reason for it coming to be. I am very sorry that you lack the capacity to understand the complexity of my nature.
You are a bit of a tosser yourself though, aren’t you Dave? 😂😂😂
What’s more, there is no “debate” or “argument” to be found here.
You’re comment is full of non-factual irregularities. How on earth do you people cope with life? you must find it very difficult? or are you just completely oblivious to the reality that is your folly?
You must bury your head in fictional books all day to the point of religious zeal.
Or just one fictional book perhaps?
A book responsible for normalising a certain syntax which has held humanity in a state of disillusionment for generations.
My favourite story from the fictional book is that of “Garn Edan”.
Yep, they handed it to you on a platter in this one and you still didn’t pick up what they were puttin’ down.
If you “eat” the apple, that is to say, if you believe you have free will to do(verb), then you are thrown out of paradise(you do not observe perfection). Wisdom is not something you have, it is something that happens as a matter of circumstance, of consequence.
You Abrahamic folk are soooo lost, I feel bad for you, but fuck me you have messed this planet(society) up with your fear and mental ineptness.
All so true. There is so much wrong with Christianity and its use upon humanity, but what gets me most is its tyrannical theocratic use in Europe for centuries that is totally ignored by current day Christians/Jews. Christianity was not freeing, it was shackled around the neck of Europe.
Christianity was not some warm and fuzzy religion of love, it was a weapon against humanity. Christinaity was Communism for the soul.
It is important to remember, Zionist Jews do NOT hate Christianity (Christianity brought the Jewish myths to the Goyem), they hate Christians, because Christains are Goyem, Goyem who may wake up one day and reclaim their glorious ancestry.
State Crimes Against Mankind
Excellent.
“Over 600 old testament prophecies are fulfilled in the accounts of the New Testament and Jesus and his Apostles constantly quoted Old Testament Scripture.”
Again very relatable Dave:
“Sybill Trelawney’s first prophecy, also known as the Lost Prophecy or simply The Prophecy, refers to the prophecy made by Sybill Trelawney to Albus Dumbledore at the Hog’s Head Pub early in 1980. It referred to a boy who would be born at the end of July in 1980, who had the power to defeat Lord Voldemort (which Voldemort took to mean Harry Potter). It is referenced at the end of the Second Wizarding War as public knowledge and named “The Big One”, in respect of the prophecy and the sequenced events from it.” (Wiki)
DaveJC
“…Just having read a very little taken from his book on Amazon, ‘The Hidden Teachings of Jesus’, tells me that his grasp of the truth of Christianity could comfortably be written on the back of a postage stamp with room to spare…..”
I must say that the Conspiracy book IS rather good, in a normie friendly way. but the chap has quite large ideological blikers on as far as I can see ….. maybe he is saying less then he knows but his treatment of Popper and Strauss and their theories he has so far missed that they are the opposite sides of the same Framing Overton Window and their arguments were both based on Factional interest.
He is very good at making his case, but doesn’t step outside the frame of the Boomer Truth that he probably grew up in – thus I would SUSPECT (since not read that book) that his take on Christianity is much more about secular goods then religious truth.
God Bless you too! 🙂
“…God Bless you…”
-May a non-exist entity afford you good will
Isn’t human psychology a wondrous thing.
Maybe there is an application for brain chips after all.
kristinek, I was also interested in the ‘Jesus’ book.
I took a quick browse of a few paragraphs on google books.
Lance deHaven-Smith seems to write in an uncomplicated style.
I don’t know accurate it could be, but it was interesting to me.
I bookmarked it, to possibly purchase a used paperback 🙂
Bazanted
i looked up the blurb of the book looks like social gospel rubbish.
If you read it let us know how it actually is.
The Blurb given below
“….Based on the premise that Jesus could not speak his thoughts openly without running afoul of the authorities, political philosopher Lance deHaven-Smith demonstrates how Jesus sought to dismantle worldly systems of command and status and replace them with a society governed by a spirit of holiness…..”
That is simply wrong
First if Jesus was worried about ‘da man’ and had to moderate His message for fear then He can hardly have been God- if just a man his opinion is no better the mine.
Secondly Jesus never suggested dismantling worldly systems of Government, its pretty clear from the text of the Bible that at some point God will rule as King.
“…..The Hidden Teachings of Jesus also explores how Jesus’ prophecies are being fulfilled in the modern era….”
Jesus made zero prophecies about a perfect world happening UNTIL His return.
“….. Huge systems of power, privilege, and acquisition have arisen, but so too has a global public opinion which bristles at oppression and demands love and respect for every living thing. In this work, Lance deHaven-Smith points to a spirit of holiness emerging worldwide to dismantle power and status in abusive families, autocratic corporations, tyrannical governments, and many other areas of life. This spirit, he suggests, can bring about the real kingdom of God, the divine order Jesus urged his followers to establish here on earth…..”
Sounds a lot more like “Tikkun Olam” where jews suggest that humans can “fix the world” , presumably because God did not arrange it enough to their liking.
“Jesus made zero prophecies about a perfect world happening UNTIL His return.”
Do you understand why this is Duck? It is the same philosophical principal found in Buddhist writings about the enlightened mind.
When one becomes “enlightened” then all other beings become enlightened as well. This is because when you understand the true nature of reality as perfect, then all becomes perfect.
When an individual is born of this earth who understands their perfect nature and can bring others into that same awareness you’ll have yourself a Jesus reborn.
The deterministic nature of reality is where this is at, but alas, too much fluoride in the water and the syntax is binding.
“… the syntax stains the lips…”
The syntax forms the mind…
(but thank you for the dune quote)
…the Abrahamic religion social engineering project has offered the most significant barrier to a clearer world.
Not to worry, it’ll be gone soon enough, a blip on the historical radar.
I have added the book to my list.
Don’t do as I did and neglect to insert the inconspicuous code for 40% off. Trying to rectify it now, but if not… oh, well.
I remember reading this book a few years ago in Puerto Rico. I recall it being rather scholarly and limited in scope. The person who loaned me the book seemed to be still trying to convince themselves of the legitimacy of some high level conspiracies. They had enough evidence to believe but needed it framed in a legitimate, sourced, and level-headed way. I think books like this crack the door open to allow people to even start to consider some of these things and more of that is probably needed.
CRM114
“… I think books like this crack the door open to allow people to even start to consider some of these things and more of that is probably needed….”
Honestly cracking the door open is the biggest hurdle….jon Ronson did “Them” and “The men who stare at goats” (iirc) which were kinda funny, “ha ha Look at the crazies” type books but he was the first person i heard of Bilderberg from.
Thing is that when you think about it MOST conspiracy history is really like getting the weather forecast…. you have zero chance of turning a tornado away but you can take action to avoid getting ground into dog meat. As far as i can recall I always just thought of it as being like history, or world events, true things that most people dont have any interest in knowing.
I could swear that I’ve heard of this book somewhere else too, going to read it now, which saves me from fking boring greek plays at least.
I see they made a fiction movie based loosly upon the book
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Men_Who_Stare_at_Goats
It actually was quite interesting, though Mr Ronson is rather flighty IMO
CRM
I just did the introduction and its pretty OK, though so far he does come across as a bit of a Boomer Truth guy who at heart thought Democracy and America worked the way he had been told in civics class. I’m pretty sure he was wrong in blaming WW2 for the rise in SCAD’s too, IMO its always just ‘the way things work’ , just that in an age of Mass Mobilization you need to make the serf’s feel like they have a stake and a say….the funny thing about hat is that THINKING you have a say actually makes you less powerful when your getting your toes stamped on because it lets the owners of the boot hide themselves in the crowd
Ahh…. I think THIS is where i heard about the book before – the guy certainly covers similar ground. IIRC he mentions it somewhere near the end.

NOTE: Just listned again, first part is good on subject but its not the pod I thougt it was.
SCAD sounds like some statist invention that keeps the reader in the belief that “representative democracy” is essentially a good thing that gets hijacked by the occasional bad apple elite…
Oops, james addressed this, sorry, teaches me to comment before the video is finished
Note that you first impression is not incorrect. The acronym has “democracy” in it, and if that’s not a statist invention, I do not know what is. Without democracy the author does not have a leg to stand on. Should have been SCAP (people), that would have merit.
To me, SCAD means OpenSCAD, a unique open source CAD implemention in which one draws by writing a script of mathematical formulas. A very nifty thing that resulted from out of the box thinking.
Putting that forward would have been wrong in the context of this episode 😀
Hughersname
The author DOES appear believe that democracy is the highest bestest form of government. To be fair look at when he was born – right in the middle of the post Nuremburg propaganda.
Book is worth a read (1/2 way thru now) and is very good for giving to a normie who suspicious of current times and reads although it has (so far) been very much ‘of its time’ (his take on the nuremburg trials is that they were to to warn people against totalitarianism, lol, when it was very much just a re-make of the Soviet show trials)
Its kinda a pity that he was not active for longer, it would have been interesting to see how far he would have come , and if he’d have rejected the Framing that conspiracy is an anomaly rather then a FEATURE of the system
I read part of the transcripts of those trials, gave up due to not having time but i remember it was a fascinating read! Justice wise this was an abomination, inventing crimes ad hoc, censoring and disallowing certain defense, impossible procedural hurdles and the cherry on top the botched hangings to end it all
Hughersname
Yes,
I think making people confess after torture and threatening to send their families to the Russians if they dont is worse.
How about State Crimes Against the People?
I think libertarians can also get behind the term then.
I’m going to order this book straight away. Thanks for a great video.
Mr Corbett made a comment in the video about violence that is interesting but IMO wrong.
If he is correct (and he probably is) that thinking that the ultimate arbiter of social interactions is violence leads one to agree with Strauss on some points that does NOT mean that the argument (that ‘Might is Right’) itself is wrong. NOR does it make Strauss right.
Without a theistic worldview there is zero rational argument to say anything else then might is right….it devolves to the will to power. Where would ‘morality’ come from?? Why would it matter??
I’ve often said before that IN A MATERIALIST frame, without God as the ultimate source of Right and Wrong, morals become “whats good for the powerful” .
If there is no divine judgment on my actions then there is no SOLID reason not to do whatever suits me that I can get away with…. I have to agree (with the Authors take on) Strausses position that without ‘noble myths’ to restrain them the powerful will do whatever they can get away with.
In a theistic worldview the ‘might is right’ can STILL be seen as the root, since God has the ability to rein infinite violence upon wrongdoers who oppose His will.
The idea that it is ‘immoral’ to use violence is a veneer of christian theology slapped ontop of culture. IF you remove Christianity then when that veneer wears off over time you WILL return to the normal style of morality as seen in the ancient world. People dont see that because we are sheltered by our great wealth and power in the West
Our ancestors were HAPPY to sail out and loot others, RAW , Non Christian culture is much more like the Iliad where people stick each other then vaunt over the dying, then go off and steal their women and kids as slaves.
As to political violence – while I would never suggest people do (or fed post about) violence the fact is that the only two things that restrain the Post and Pre Christian powerful are the questions
1)How much do i NEED these people?
2)How much BOTHER will i GET from these people if I do x?
ANYTHING else is just left over goo in their minds, and will eventually drain away.
People with no CAPACITY to violence are basically going to be either slaves of the powerful or cogs in Industrial society.
NOR is it about being heroically powerful and taking over society, just being too much of a bother to mess with.I have seen dogs that could chew their owners head off being beaten and cowering and I have seen little dogs that no one would dare beat because they would give a nip….its about cost vs benefit because the ruling class have rejected a theistic moral view of the world and now just follow the economic model
“Without a theistic worldview there is zero rational argument to say anything else then might is right….it devolves to the will to power. Where would ‘morality’ come from?? Why would it matter??”
Hmmmm, perhaps there is some evolutionary advantage to compassion and empathy, at least in “slow life history” strategy societies (and people)? The existence of mirror neurons in human beings are evidence of being “built” with the capability for empathy.
Some theists would say “we are built in the image of god” and “god is love” So perhaps these are different languages to describe something similar?
As far as being afraid of judgment at the end of life goes, perhaps some people are kept in check this way. But for some, the burden of hurting others is a weight on ones shoulders every day even if there is no judgment. And the day to day burden of guilt is the hell right now that many people feel when they commit dishonorable violence?
I do understand what you are saying though. I think you have a point.
For some individuals being afraid of punishment is the only deterrent for violence and exploitation.
cu.h.j
“…For some individuals being afraid of punishment is the only deterrent for violence and exploitation…..”
Yes. Its funny because (to quote) ‘FEAR of the Lord’ is the BEGINNING of wisdom”, but its not the END of it. BUT if there is no reason to fear…?
“…Hmmmm, perhaps there is some evolutionary advantage to compassion and empathy, at least in “slow life history” strategy societies (and people)?….”
1) An evolutionary strategy is not a morality…just a plan to ‘win the game’
2) Compassion for genetic kin IS a good Ev Strategy, but so is stopping NON genetic kin from breeding
“….. The existence of mirror neurons in human beings are evidence of being “built” with the capability for empathy. ….”
Yes, but (if your following the evolutionary POV) that capacity would be designed For Use with a small group (under dunbars number, probably smaller) of Genetic Kin. One can argue that its just a GLITCH in an old system to care about non kin.
“…As far as being afraid of judgment at the end of life goes, perhaps some people are kept in check this way…”
Maybe, from an Evolutioar6y Psychology POV even Dawkins has said as much. BUT if its ‘glitch’ thats left over from the way we used to live it can be over come by mental choice.
“Yes. Its funny because (to quote) ‘FEAR of the Lord’ is the BEGINNING of wisdom”, but its not the END of it. BUT if there is no reason to fear…?”
Do you think then that guilt comes from fear?
One of my thoughts on the matter is that it may be advantageous to have empathy (in general). Maybe there’s some unknown the human mind can’t grasp. Some “grand design”?
I’ll have to think about this more.
[This is the third strike when it comes to ad hominem attacks on other users. -JC]
cu.h.j
“….Do you think then that guilt comes from fear? …”
Not TOTALLY, but generally speaking the urge to do some bad you wish to do, AND can get away without paying for, has an easier time rationalizing itself.
“…One of my thoughts on the matter is that it may be advantageous to have empathy (in general)…’
Even if this is true (it may be) its only true under SOME circumstances.
How many people have items made by slave labor even today? How many people will help someone in need to the point it HURTS themselves?
‘…Maybe there’s some unknown the human mind can’t grasp. Some “grand design”? …”
Yes, i believe so.
Excellent and concise presentation of this book. Loved it!
I’ve been a subscriber for many years but I cancelled my monthly donation today after this video. I’m one of those nutters who believes reality is much more spiritual than material and that we are in the middle of a spiritual battle. So I believe Kissinger and friends are mere middle men and their bosses on top are not human, as in they may very well be shape shifting reptiles. I don’t know for sure but neither do you. Your dismissive comment was arrogant and frankly condescendent and if you ask why are people like me listening to you, then you clearly don’t need our money.
mtender
“….as in they may very well be shape shifting reptiles…..”
assuming your serious – They could be all manner of things, such as tiny Marshmellow men operating humanoid robots, but why get upset because people think its so unlikely as to be laughable?
If there is some evidence to make the case it would not be laughable. I am pretty sure people think my opinion on demonic activity is laughable too, but i dont get mad they think that.
No one is angry and I do defend anyone can laugh and joke about anything, but that’s not what James did. I just think it’s condecendent to be so sure of what the truth is and to so readily dismiss the reptilian CT when there is such overwhelming evidence accross millenia and different civilizations representing 3m high humanoid reptilians that walk on 2 legs. People will much quicker believe in “aliens” then in interdimensional demons when, again, there is so much evidence of the demonic and of spiritual warfare. Our senses are extremely limited and can only aprehend less than 5% of reality. Quantum physics proves 99.9999% of reality is energy, yet you all walk around swearing on those 0.000001% of the material. I would recommend this interview to start the journey into this rabbit hole: https://youtu.be/4apWOUNOx64?si=heA6QEtVwj9xusTD
Whetrabouts in the episode was this troubling comment?
Around minute 6 I would say
Minute 9: If you are looking for popcorn conspiratainment about how shapeshifting lizards rule everything, this is not the book for you. But if you are into that, why are you watching the Corbett Report?
I don’t see a big deal here, but I understand that someone may be put off by this off the cuff remark. I personally choose to leave my world view open. Ike gets way too much flack IMO and this looks like the typical mainstreamy derisive Ike comment, tbh.
The trouble is that it’s just too damn easy to drive something into a wedge and make the gap wider.
That sounds like Nick Offerman aka Ron Swanson reading passages from the book
Intro
This book is generally very good. It is a good primer for the reality of understanding how politics, social engineering and social control work.
It
• Demystifies Conspiracy and strips it down into an easily understood phenomena
• Provides cognitive tools to help the reader to analyze conspiracy sensibly
• Provides a historical overview of known conspiracies
• Lays out the philosophies used to justify suppression of conspiracy research
• Provides these things in a Normie friendly format that leads the reader by the hand through the steps of understanding
There are many things to praise about it and, but mainly that it can provide a clear, sane and non threatening entry point into the study of conspiracy.
There are a few points of criticism but these IN NO WAY detract from the value of this book.
Praise
The main reasons to praise this book are that it is methodical and simple in laying out the mental steps and tools to see events in their true context. Anyone of normal reading level ought to be able to apply its lessons.
Secondly its is SENSIBLE, it does not over reach or make wild claims.
Thirdly it has a wealth of data on specific events, meaning that the reader does not need to dig up this information themselves and sift it for truth – the reader can learn ABOUT real conspiracies WHILE learning how to understand them.
Criticisms
This will be the largest section NOT because the book is bad, but because its where the reader will have to do work to gain the full value from this work.
a)Worldview of Author
The Worldview the Author provides is more realistic then the standard one, but is not IMO complete. The Author fails to examine hos own worldview and appears to make many assumptions that don’t hold up. These are
• Classifying ‘Democracy’ as collective action, without differentiating it from the system of Government
• That Democracy is the Highest and best form of government
• That The USA has a democratic tradition and was intended to operate as a democracy
• That the Founders wrote the constitution to promote and protect democracy
• That the Constitutional SYSTEM can – of itself – protect liberty
• That Conspiracy (and SCAD) are an anomaly in Democracy rather then a normal feature of operation
• Failure to see Factionalism as it truly exists, which is failure to APPLY the analysis of his own worldview to the world
Firstly Democracy (as understood by most) is a system of Government where the people get to vote for the rules they live under. His take that it is a way to take collective action in ones own interest is MOSTLY UNTRUE. Democracy CAN be used as such, but at the end of the day its just one system of making decisions in society.
The idea that Democracy is the Highest and Best form of Government is also MOSTLY UNTRUE….even for achieving the goal of allowing collective action in the self interest. Direct Democracy has a track record of mob rule by demagogues and making bad choices, that hurt own citizens. Representative Democracy historically does slightly better, BUT actual power settles into the hands of a few people who can manipulate the system. Democracy is often very good at HIDING WHO ACTUALLY RUNS THINGS from the voters – obscuring power and making pursuit of collective self interest harder. This is why it is so popular with the economic class, since they generally don’t have the traits that would gain them power in other systems.
Worse, the Author fails to see that the population required to run a Republic is VERY specific – SEE later #3D’s – and such a population NO LONGER EXISTS IN THE USA , at least not in numbers required to operate an effective Democracy especially in the face of Full Franchise voting.
The USA was founded with safeguards to prevent too much democracy creating mob rule. The Founding Fathers were a tiny Elite of the new country, and did not attempt to embody the ‘popular will’ in the manner of the blood thirst French Revolution….they settled most power in the States where it was both closest to the governed and maintained in the hands of local elites. The author talks a great deal about Factions but does not explore how the States were themselves often mutually hostile and had radically differnet ways of life and Worldviews.
The Founding Fathers created the Constitution with a great deal of freedom and decentralization mainly because their respective state feared that one or another of the others would IMPOSE a way of life or religious denomination upon them. Each ofthe factions at the time had a radically DIFFERENT idea as to what ‘freedom’ and good government actually was. The compromise was a system National trade and defense that allowed the often mutually hostile groups of settlers sufficient autonomy to coexist – this eventually broke down with the Civil War and was destroyed by the New Deal. The Relationships between, the English factions that settled in different colonies are well covered in “#Albions Seed” by David Hackett Fischer – echos of these relationships still have an effect on US politics.
The idea that we can live under a system of Law that operates aside from the nature of the people is a FALSE ASSUMPTION that the Author appears to labor under. Written Law is a reflection of the values and norms of the people that create it – Law is best described as ‘The Way people like to do things’ and no written Constitution can bind a people who do not feel its deeply wrong to ignore it. The Author fails to see (probably due to his age cohort) that the majority of Americans neither know, understand nor care a fig for the values of the Constitution and the men who wrote it.
This is ironic, since the Author does cover Strauss who believed that such a semi religious set of axiomatic and unquestionable values was necessary for a society to function…. The Roman Republic fell into Dictatorship, while staying withing the LETTER (but not the spirit) of the Law because there was no respect for the Republican values and Elites used violence of the Plebs and the Letter of the Law to wage power struggles that destroyed the old system.
The Author keeps talking about using the system of law to restrain the powerful and stop them committing SCADs , while failing to see that there is no restraint on the Powerful when they neither respect the Law themselves and the people are either too weak ro act or , themselves, have no respect for the Law. IMO this process has past the point of no return in the USA.
The Author assumes that SCAD’s (and conspiracy) are an anomaly in how the US system of Government works- this is FALSE. Conspiracy is the normal way any system that has power and knowledge differentials works- in even the most democratic society there are people that others tend to listen to and follow and there are factions that (having common interest) will cooperate to get their own way.
The Author does talk about how the Founding Fathers believed in Conspiracy – as well they might since THEY HAD THEMSELVES ENGAGED IN A CONSPIRACY TO OVER THROW THE GOVERNMENT. The Revolution, indeed all revolutions, are conspiracies to impose a new system. In the US this system led (as he notes) to the persecution of Loyalists, and only a tiny fraction of the colonial population were active on either side on the revolution. The Author does not, however, appear to understand the fact that a tiny number of people working together have always tended to impose their will on the majority – the majority is not ;powerless’ and can push back if it sufficient dislikes these impositions. The majority has always been hamstrung, however, because a mass finds it harder to organize to take action. In the modern world (as the Author notes) the Mass is subject to ‘CIA’ (more on THAT latter) propaganda to shape and frame their opinions. The Author does NOT appear aware , or does not explore, ‘normal’ Mass Media and Hollywood movies, nor TV, and how they have deformed the thinking of the masses and blinded them to how Government actually operates.
#populistDelusion N Parvini
The Authors other blind spot – even though he does talk about Elite factionalism – is very clear.
He writes about the two thinkers who frame conspiracy debate for him – Popper and Staruss – but does not alow himself to see their ETHNIC Factionalism. Both were jews, and both had a personal incentive to want a society that suited people such as themselves. The Author talks about Social sciences psycology and sociology and such but leaves UTTERLY untouched the fact that ALL of these sciences were dominated by small organized factions of Jews who had a direct interest in creating a society that was suitable for themselves.
See Macdonald #CultureOfCritique and EM Jones #Degenerate Moderns for detailed examples of this in action.
Thats NOT to suggest that there is a ‘Jewish Hivemind’, as such groups often squabbled over power, but Jews have been prominent thinkers on BOTH EDGES of ‘acceptable’ opinions. This FRAMING THE OVERTON WINDOW by Jews has distorted politics and political opinion in the exact way the Author suggests ‘the Government’ of “the CIA” do….he apparently fails to realize that The Government and CIA have their own internal factions that squabble over what actions to take.
This is another example of the Author failing to use his own tools to examine his assumptions.
THREE D’s
Self government (in any form, from Democracy to Anarchy) is NOT POSSIBLE without a population equipped for it….the traits needed for self Government cal be called ‘Civic Virtue” – the ability to resist pressure from AND apply counter pressure to the powerful, the ability to understand events and choose a wise course of action to avoid disaster, and the ‘virtue’ to make decisions that may not be easy, comfortable, or good FOR YOURSELF in favor of the long term good of yourself and community.
The Present Western population suffers from the 3 D’s
Demoralization
Dumbing Down
Dependence
Demoralized people lack the moral judgement and strength of will to know and stick to value judgements about right and wrong. They cant choose ‘the good’ because they dont know it, OR they are too weak to stick to the good in the face of selfish personal interest….this is worse since an amoral (or immoral) man might change his opinion but a weak man can never do so
Dumbing Down – since the population is not able to keep the masses of information in their context window AND (as the Author sugested) have been subject to deliberate attack on their ability to think logically (impossible for the Demoralized anyway) they can not resist the will of the powerful because the attack is invisible to them. They are Blind
Dependence – hopefully solutions watch will help people with this one. But no one whos salary depends on NOT seeing something will ever see what his boss does not want him to see. The dependent classes are basically the clients (in the Roman sense) of the powerful and will never act to resist their Patron.
The author kinda buys into the Myth of democracy and the olde tales that were probably true in the days of small holders and craftsmen but are not true of a paid workforce employed by the rich….. his love of democracy does not allow for the fact that the Universal Vote was a bad idea, and letting women vote an even worse one since women will always TEND (#NotEvery) to vote for safety over liberty. The mass feminization of young men has caused many of them to act in the same worse, though to an even greater extent
James – Regarding Conspiracy Theory in America, I’ll bet there’s a conspiracy you didn’t know about. Which would be surprising because you know most everything. In my own research, I was curious how Hitler’s National Socialist Party became known as the Nazis. I found my answer, not surprisingly, by Eustace Mullins (https://archive.org/details/youtube-UQz15ba0jIo). I’m guessing most Jews don’t know (please chime in if you do) this particular morsel of pre-WWII history either.
Mullins first began talking about a consortium of central banks set up to rob the entire world, but when mentioning Rothschild, got side tracked with Germany, Hitler, and the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (NSDAP-National Socialist German Workers‘ Party). In 1923, the National Socialist Party wasn’t making much progress until a double agent (Mullins couldn’t remember who) convinced Hitler to form an alliance with the Zionists. Thus, the National Socialist/Zionist alliance became the NAZIs.
At the time there was a schism between orthodox Jews and Rothchild’s Reform Jews. The orthodox Jews wanted nothing to do with a separate Jewish state. Israel was not supposed to be created until the Jewish messiah appeared. Instead of waiting, Rothschild guided by the Golden Rule (He who has the gold, makes the rules) forged ahead with the Balfour Declaration.
Mullins also revealed that the vast majority of Jews in the work camps were non Zionist orthodox Jews, supervised by the Reform Jews. Evidently, most Germans had no idea what was going on (just like here). In addition, when Germany was near defeat, all the generals who knew about the alliance were executed. With the National Socialists out of the way, the Zionists took control.
James, BTW, Tim never got back to me so it appears Reportage establishes the frontier of his vast publishing empire. I suppose your book is enough to keep him busy. I will look elsewhere for a publisher.
This is very interesting. If true, it’s very obvious why they would want to bury this information.
There is also the green language meaning i.e. natzi = not see.
The story about the name for Nazi containing “Zionist alliance “ is BS.
The word Nazi is the German version of calling someone a Dumb Hick …. The Nation Socalists did NOT call themselves “Nazi” anymore then people would call themselves Shitlibs or TrumpTards….. will people in 70 years try to see the “secret meaning “ in those names ?? lol
The Nazis did have a deal with zionists to launder their money back to them when they went to Palestine- I think the book about it is called “the Transfer agreement “ by Edwin Black
Btw I know this but here is some random page that gets the story about right
“…… Originally, the term was used in Germany before the rise of NSDAP as a colloquial and derogatory word referring to an awkward, backward, and clumsy peasant. It would go on to be used as a mockery of the name Ignatz—a German variation of Ignatius.….”
